Returns

You can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if they’ve been opened or used.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Item
